### sec.246T Particular limitation on operation of pt 2
This section applies if, under this part and in relation to the installation of a solar hot water system or photovoltaic cells on the roof or other external surface of a prescribed building—
a provision of a relevant instrument has no force or effect; or
an entity can not withhold consent for the installation.
The operation of this part does not give rise to any entitlement to install a solar hot water system or photovoltaic cells on the roof or other external surface of the building in a way that unreasonably prevents or interferes with a person’s use and enjoyment of any part of the building.

(sec.246T-ssec.1) This section applies if, under this part and in relation to the installation of a solar hot water system or photovoltaic cells on the roof or other external surface of a prescribed building— a provision of a relevant instrument has no force or effect; or an entity can not withhold consent for the installation.
(sec.246T-ssec.2) The operation of this part does not give rise to any entitlement to install a solar hot water system or photovoltaic cells on the roof or other external surface of the building in a way that unreasonably prevents or interferes with a person’s use and enjoyment of any part of the building.
