### sec.246BS Existing licence taken to be in force while application is being considered If an application is made under section 246BR to restore a licence, the licence is taken to continue in force from the day it would, apart from this section, have expired until the application is decided. Subsection (1) does not apply if the licence is earlier cancelled, suspended or surrendered under this Act. s 246BS ins 2010 No. 21 s 10 (sec.246BS-ssec.1) If an application is made under section 246BR to restore a licence, the licence is taken to continue in force from the day it would, apart from this section, have expired until the application is decided. (sec.246BS-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the licence is earlier cancelled, suspended or surrendered under this Act.
