### sec.246BM Notice of expiry of licence
The QBCC commissioner must, at least 20 business days before each pool safety inspector’s licence expires, give the inspector notice of the expiry.
The notice must state—
the day the licence will expire; and
that, if the pool safety inspector wishes to renew the licence, the inspector must, on or before the expiry day—
apply to renew the licence; and
pay the renewal fee, and licence fee, prescribed under a regulation for the period of the renewed licence; and
how to apply to renew the licence.
