### sec.246BH Who may apply
A building certifier may apply to the QBCC commissioner for a licence.
An individual who is not a building certifier may apply to the QBCC commissioner for a licence only if the individual has met the approved requirements for pool safety inspectors.

(sec.246BH-ssec.1) A building certifier may apply to the QBCC commissioner for a licence.
