### sec.246AO Appeals to development tribunal of decisions under pt 3
This section applies if the owner of a regulated pool is given under this part an information notice about a decision of a pool safety inspector or the local government.
The owner of the pool may, within the appeal period, appeal the decision to a development tribunal.
In this section—
appeal period means—
for a decision of a pool safety inspector—20 business days after the information notice is given; or
for a decision of the local government—10 business days after the information notice is given.

(sec.246AO-ssec.1) This section applies if the owner of a regulated pool is given under this part an information notice about a decision of a pool safety inspector or the local government.
(sec.246AO-ssec.2) The owner of the pool may, within the appeal period, appeal the decision to a development tribunal.
(sec.246AO-ssec.3) In this section— appeal period means— for a decision of a pool safety inspector—20 business days after the information notice is given; or for a decision of the local government—10 business days after the information notice is given.
- (a) for a decision of a pool safety inspector—20 business days after the information notice is given; or
- (b) for a decision of the local government—10 business days after the information notice is given.
