### sec.246AO Appeals to development tribunal of decisions under pt 3 This section applies if the owner of a regulated pool is given under this part an information notice about a decision of a pool safety inspector or the local government. The owner of the pool may, within the appeal period, appeal the decision to a development tribunal. In this section— appeal period means— for a decision of a pool safety inspector—20 business days after the information notice is given; or for a decision of the local government—10 business days after the information notice is given. s 246AO ins 2010 No. 21 s 10 amd 2010 No. 35 s 20 ; 2016 No. 27 s 105 (sec.246AO-ssec.1) This section applies if the owner of a regulated pool is given under this part an information notice about a decision of a pool safety inspector or the local government.
