### sec.246AIA Keeping records of particular notices
If a local government receives a notice mentioned in section 246ADA (1) for a regulated pool, the local government must, for at least 5 years after its receipt, keep a record of—
the notice; and
the results of any inspection of the regulated pool that was carried out by the local government under section 246ADA .
The record may be kept in the way the local government decides.
