### sec.245UA QBCC commissioner may give local government information about regulated pools
This section applies if the QBCC commissioner reasonably suspects the fencing or other barriers for a regulated pool do not comply with the requirements of this Act for the fencing or barriers.
The commissioner may, by notice given to the local government, inform the local government of the commissioner’s suspicions.
The notice must include information about the location of the regulated pool.

(sec.245UA-ssec.1) This section applies if the QBCC commissioner reasonably suspects the fencing or other barriers for a regulated pool do not comply with the requirements of this Act for the fencing or barriers.
(sec.245UA-ssec.2) The commissioner may, by notice given to the local government, inform the local government of the commissioner’s suspicions.
(sec.245UA-ssec.3) The notice must include information about the location of the regulated pool.
