### sec.245D Continuation of exemption
An exemption for a regulated pool under this division continues to apply to the pool unless the exemption is revoked under subdivision 2 .
If the exemption is granted on conditions, the conditions are binding on the successors in title to the owner of the regulated pool to whom the exemption was granted.
