### sec.244 Keeping copy of exemption
The local government must keep a copy of each exemption it grants under this division.
The local government must—
keep the copy while the exemption is still in force and for at least 5 years after the exemption is no longer in force; and
make the copy available for inspection and purchase as if it were a document that, under the Planning Act , the local government must make available for inspection and purchase.

(sec.244-ssec.1) The local government must keep a copy of each exemption it grants under this division.
(sec.244-ssec.2) The local government must— keep the copy while the exemption is still in force and for at least 5 years after the exemption is no longer in force; and make the copy available for inspection and purchase as if it were a document that, under the Planning Act , the local government must make available for inspection and purchase.
