### sec.231D What is the pool safety standard
The pool safety standard is—
QDC, part MP3.4; and
any other standard prescribed under a regulation for ensuring the safety of persons using a regulated pool.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a prescribed standard may provide for both or either of the following for the pool—
the form of a resuscitation sign and the way it must be displayed;
the requirements for devices used for recirculation of water in the pool.

(sec.231D-ssec.1) The pool safety standard is— QDC, part MP3.4; and any other standard prescribed under a regulation for ensuring the safety of persons using a regulated pool.
(sec.231D-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a prescribed standard may provide for both or either of the following for the pool— the form of a resuscitation sign and the way it must be displayed; the requirements for devices used for recirculation of water in the pool.
