### sec.231AQ Obligations about access to fire safety (RCB) compliance certificate An authorised officer may require the owner of an RCB and, if the owner is not its operator, the operator to produce for inspection, the fire safety (RCB) compliance certificate, if any, for the RCB at the RCB. The owner or the operator of the RCB must comply with the requirement, unless the owner has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. For subsection (1) , a reference to the fire safety (RCB) compliance certificate includes a reference to a copy of the certificate.
