### sec.231AN General obligations of operator of RCB
This section applies if the owner of an RCB is not its operator.
The operator must—
give the owner reasonable access to the RCB to enable the owner to comply with the owner’s obligations under this chapter; and
give the owner the necessary information, including, for example, plans of the RCB, the owner requires to comply with the owner’s obligations under this chapter; and
do anything else that is reasonably required to enable the owner to comply with the owner’s obligations under this chapter.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.

(sec.231AN-ssec.1) This section applies if the owner of an RCB is not its operator.
