### sec.219 Application of pt 3 This part applies to a budget accommodation building only if— construction of the building started before 1 January 1992; or construction of the building was— approved, under this Act, before 1 January 1992; and started on or after 1 January 1992; or an application for approval to construct the building— was made, under this Act, before 1 January 1992; and the approval was given on or after 1 January 1992. s 219 ins 2002 No. 7 s 4 amd 2006 No. 36 s 13 - (a) construction of the building started before 1 January 1992; or - (b) construction of the building was— (i) approved, under this Act, before 1 January 1992; and (ii) started on or after 1 January 1992; or - (i) approved, under this Act, before 1 January 1992; and - (ii) started on or after 1 January 1992; or - (c) an application for approval to construct the building— (i) was made, under this Act, before 1 January 1992; and (ii) the approval was given on or after 1 January 1992. - (i) was made, under this Act, before 1 January 1992; and - (ii) the approval was given on or after 1 January 1992. - (i) approved, under this Act, before 1 January 1992; and - (ii) started on or after 1 January 1992; or - (i) was made, under this Act, before 1 January 1992; and - (ii) the approval was given on or after 1 January 1992.
