### sec.214H QBCC must notify person about demerit points This section applies if QBCC allocates demerit points to a person. QBCC must, as soon as practicable after the demerit points are allocated, give the person notice of— the number of demerit points allocated; and the demerit offences for which the points were allocated; and the date the points took effect. s 214H ins 2020 No. 24 s 56 (sec.214H-ssec.1) This section applies if QBCC allocates demerit points to a person.
