### sec.214C When period of 3 years starts This section applies to QBCC in deciding whether a person has accumulated 30 demerit points within a period of 3 years. If the person has previously been given 1 or more disqualification notices, the period mentioned in subsection (1) must start at a time after the most recent disqualification notice was given to the person. s 214C ins 2020 No. 24 s 56 (sec.214C-ssec.1) This section applies to QBCC in deciding whether a person has accumulated 30 demerit points within a period of 3 years.
