### sec.195 QBCC may require documents to be produced For investigating a complaint or conducting an audit, QBCC may, by notice given to a building certifier, require the building certifier to produce a document to QBCC, or a person authorised by QBCC (an auditor ). The notice may also state— a time and place by which the document must be produced; or that the document must be verified by statutory declaration. The time for compliance stated in the notice must be a reasonable time. The building certifier must comply with the notice, unless the building certifier has a reasonable excuse.
