### sec.187 QBCC may seek information from applicants about suitability
This section applies to an application for, or to renew, a licence.
QBCC may, by notice to the applicant, require the applicant to give it, within a stated reasonable period, documents or information QBCC reasonably considers is needed to establish that the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence.
The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated period, the applicant does not comply with the requirement.

(sec.187-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for, or to renew, a licence.
