### sec.130 Tabling and inspection of amendment or replacement not part of or attached to regulation
This section applies if—
a regulation made under section 129 approves an amendment or replacement of the code of conduct; and
the amendment or replacement is not part of, or attached to, the regulation.
The Minister must, within 14 sitting days after the regulation is notified, table a copy of the amendment or replacement in the Legislative Assembly.
A failure to comply with subsection (2) does not invalidate or otherwise affect the regulation.

(sec.130-ssec.1) This section applies if— a regulation made under section 129 approves an amendment or replacement of the code of conduct; and the amendment or replacement is not part of, or attached to, the regulation.
