### sec.122 Building certifier’s obligation to give owner inspection documentation if building development approval lapses If a building development approval lapses, the building certifier must ensure the owner of the building is, within 5 business days after the lapsing, given a copy of the inspection documentation for inspection of the building work. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
