### sec.108 Additional obligations if certificate of occupancy given by private certifier (class A)
If a private certifier (class A) gives a certificate of occupancy the certifier must—
give the local government for the building development application a copy within 5 business days; and
keep a copy for at least 5 years.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
