### sec.105 Certificates for a building occupied in stages
This section applies if—
the building is unfinished; and
its owner has been given a certificate of occupancy for part of it; and
the building certifier has consented to the occupation of a further part of the building.
The building certifier must ensure the owner is given a further certificate of occupancy for the further part.
The further certificate must comply with the certificate requirements.

(sec.105-ssec.1) This section applies if— the building is unfinished; and its owner has been given a certificate of occupancy for part of it; and the building certifier has consented to the occupation of a further part of the building.
(sec.105-ssec.2) The building certifier must ensure the owner is given a further certificate of occupancy for the further part.
(sec.105-ssec.3) The further certificate must comply with the certificate requirements. See also section 132 .
