### sec.82 Who may call general meetings A general meeting may be called by a member of the committee, including a non-voting member of the committee, if the member is authorised by a resolution of the committee to call the particular meeting. A general meeting may also be called by a person authorised or required to call a general meeting by an order of an adjudicator acting under the dispute resolution provisions. This section does not apply to a requested extraordinary general meeting.
