### sec.65 Voting at committee meetings
This section states how motions are decided at a meeting of the committee.
A motion is decided by a majority of votes of the voting members present and entitled to vote on the motion who are voting.
Without limiting subsection (2) , if a quorum is present, a motion decided by a majority of the votes of the voting members present and entitled to vote on the motion is a decision of the committee.
Each voting member present and entitled to vote on a motion to be decided has 1 vote on the motion.
To avoid any doubt, it is declared that a voting member who is an executive member has only 1 vote, even if the person holds more than 1 of the positions of chairperson, secretary and treasurer.
In this section—
present means present personally, by proxy or by electronic means.
(sec.65-ssec.1) This section states how motions are decided at a meeting of the committee.
