### sec.36 Deciding ordinary members of committee—general The positions of the ordinary members of the committee may only be decided after the executive member positions on the committee are filled. A person’s nomination for a position as an ordinary member has no effect if the person is elected as an executive member of the committee. Subsection (2) applies even if the person’s name appears on a list of candidates for ordinary members forwarded before the meeting.
