### sec.258 Motions or requests submitted before commencement This section applies if— before the commencement, a motion or a request was submitted for consideration to a body corporate or a committee in relation to keeping or bringing an animal on a lot or common property; and immediately before the commencement, the motion or request has not been decided. If the body corporate or the committee considers the motion after the commencement, the motion must be decided under the former regulation. In this section— former regulation means this regulation as in force immediately before the commencement. s 258 ins 2024 SL No. 40 s 77 (sec.258-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a motion or a request was submitted for consideration to a body corporate or a committee in relation to keeping or bringing an animal on a lot or common property; and immediately before the commencement, the motion or request has not been decided. (sec.258-ssec.2) If the body corporate or the committee considers the motion after the commencement, the motion must be decided under the former regulation.
