### sec.251 Disclosure of commission or other benefit This section applies if, before the commencement— a person has given written notice to the body corporate under repealed section 135(2); and the body corporate has not made a decision to enter into the contract to which the notice relates. Repealed section 135 continues to apply in relation to the notice as if this regulation had not been made and the repealed regulation continued in force.
