### sec.221 Giving documents or information to persons in a way mentioned in this section
This section applies if, under a provision of this regulation, a document or information, may be given to a person in a way mentioned in subsection (2) .
The document or information may be given—
personally; or
by post; or
by facsimile; or
by electronic communication in accordance with any requirement under the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001 about how a document must be signed or sent electronically.

(sec.221-ssec.1) This section applies if, under a provision of this regulation, a document or information, may be given to a person in a way mentioned in subsection (2) .
(sec.221-ssec.2) The document or information may be given— personally; or by post; or by facsimile; or by electronic communication in accordance with any requirement under the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001 about how a document must be signed or sent electronically. scanning a voting paper and emailing it to the secretary
