### sec.19 Modified nomination procedures for committee election at first annual general meeting An owner of a lot may nominate individuals, as provided under section 17 , for election as a voting member of the committee for an election held at the first annual general meeting for the community titles scheme. A nomination must be given at the meeting either— orally from the floor of the meeting; or in writing handed to the person chairing the meeting.
