### sec.154 Associate supplying goods or services
This section applies if—
the body corporate is considering entering into, or proposes to enter into, a contract; and
the contract is for the supply of goods or services from a person (the provider ); and
the provider is an associate of a relevant person; and
the relevant person is aware of the matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c) .
Before the body corporate makes its decision to enter into the contract, the relevant person must give written notice to the body corporate disclosing the relationship between the relevant person and the provider.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
Under section 100 (1) of the Act , a decision of the committee is a decision of the body corporate.
