### sec.98 Stillbirths
For this Act, a stillborn child is taken to have died—
when the child left the birth parent’s body; and
at the place where the birth parent was when the child left the birth parent’s body.
- (a) when the child left the birth parent’s body; and
- (b) at the place where the birth parent was when the child left the birth parent’s body.
