### sec.86 Registration of civil partnership
This section applies if the registrar is required to register a relationship as a civil partnership under the Civil Partnerships Act 2011 , section 9 or 12 .
The registrar must register the civil partnership by including in the register the particulars of the civil partnership prescribed by regulation.
The registrar may also enter in the register any other information the registrar considers appropriate to enter in relation to the civil partnership.
(sec.86-ssec.1) This section applies if the registrar is required to register a relationship as a civil partnership under the Civil Partnerships Act 2011 , section 9 or 12 .
(sec.86-ssec.2) The registrar must register the civil partnership by including in the register the particulars of the civil partnership prescribed by regulation.
(sec.86-ssec.3) The registrar may also enter in the register any other information the registrar considers appropriate to enter in relation to the civil partnership.
