### sec.71 Parties to proceedings
The parties to a proceeding commenced by an application made under section 44 , 55 or 62 are—
the person making the application; and
the child the subject of the application; and
the respondent or respondents, if any.
The parties to a proceeding commenced by an application made under section 45 or 56 are—
the child making the application; and
the respondent or respondents, if any.
(sec.71-ssec.1) The parties to a proceeding commenced by an application made under section 44 , 55 or 62 are— the person making the application; and the child the subject of the application; and the respondent or respondents, if any.
(sec.71-ssec.2) The parties to a proceeding commenced by an application made under section 45 or 56 are— the child making the application; and the respondent or respondents, if any.
