### sec.61 Definitions for division
In this division—
acknowledgement of sex application , for a child, means—
an application under section 40 to alter the record of sex of the child; or
an application under section 51 for a recognised details certificate for the child.
combined application , for a child, means—
an application under section 40 to alter the record of sex of the child and an application under section 42 to register a change of the child’s first name; or
an application under section 51 for a recognised details certificate for the child and an application under section 53 to register a change of the child’s first name.

relevant person see section 60 (a) and (b) .
stated party see section 60 (a) and (b) .
- (a) an application under section 40 to alter the record of sex of the child; or
- (b) an application under section 51 for a recognised details certificate for the child.
