### sec.48 Application of division This division applies in relation to a person who— was born outside of Queensland; and has been ordinarily resident in Queensland for at least 12 consecutive months immediately before the person makes an application, or an application is made on behalf of the person, under this division. - (a) was born outside of Queensland; and - (b) has been ordinarily resident in Queensland for at least 12 consecutive months immediately before the person makes an application, or an application is made on behalf of the person, under this division.
