### sec.137 Continued application of 2003 Act Subject to sections 138 and 139, the 2003 Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply to— an application made but not decided before the commencement; and a document lodged but not dealt with before the commencement; and a notation or registration started but not completed before the commencement. - (a) an application made but not decided before the commencement; and - (b) a document lodged but not dealt with before the commencement; and - (c) a notation or registration started but not completed before the commencement.
