393A  Simplified outline of this Part The Agriculture Minister may determine certain biosecurity measures for the purposes of preventing a specified behaviour or practice that causes, or contributes to, the entry into, or the emergence, establishment or spread in, Australian territory or a part of Australian territory of a specified disease (other than a listed human disease), or pest, that is considered to pose an unacceptable level of biosecurity risk.
