278A Exception—discharge covered by prescribed conditions (1) The condition in this section is met in relation to a discharge of ballast water from a vessel if conditions prescribed by the determination under section 308A for the purposes of this section are met in relation to the discharge. (2) The Director of Biosecurity may prescribe conditions for the purposes of this section only if he or she is satisfied that those conditions are consistent with the objects of this Act.
