### sec.90 Who is the building authority for a barrier fence part The building authority for a barrier fence part is— if a regulation states an invasive animal board is responsible for a barrier fence part—the board; or if a regulation states 1 or more local governments are responsible for a barrier fence part—the local government or local governments jointly; or otherwise—the chief executive. - (a) if a regulation states an invasive animal board is responsible for a barrier fence part—the board; or - (b) if a regulation states 1 or more local governments are responsible for a barrier fence part—the local government or local governments jointly; or - (c) otherwise—the chief executive.
