### sec.79 Times and places of meetings
An invasive animal board must hold—
its first meeting at the time and place decided by the chief executive; and
at least 1 meeting a year.
The chairperson of an invasive animal board—
may call a board meeting at any time; and
must call a meeting if asked by at least one-half of the directors comprising the board or, if the number is not a whole number, the next highest whole number of directors.
