### sec.72 Disqualification for directorship A person is not qualified to be, or to continue as, a director of an invasive animal board if the person— is an insolvent under administration; or is, or has been, convicted of— an indictable offence, whether on indictment or summarily; or an offence against this Act. s 72 amd 2023 No. 23 s 247 sch 1 s 2 (3) - (a) is an insolvent under administration; or - (b) is, or has been, convicted of— (i) an indictable offence, whether on indictment or summarily; or (ii) an offence against this Act. - (i) an indictable offence, whether on indictment or summarily; or - (ii) an offence against this Act. - (i) an indictable offence, whether on indictment or summarily; or - (ii) an offence against this Act.
