### sec.66 Board’s powers
An invasive animal board has the powers of an individual and may, for example, do any of the following—
enter into contracts;
acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property;
appoint and act through agents and attorneys;
charge, and fix terms, for goods, services and information it supplies;
employ staff and engage consultants;
do anything else necessary or convenient to be done in performing its function.
Without limiting subsection (1) , an invasive animal board has the powers given to it under this Act.
(sec.66-ssec.1) An invasive animal board has the powers of an individual and may, for example, do any of the following— enter into contracts; acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property; appoint and act through agents and attorneys; charge, and fix terms, for goods, services and information it supplies; employ staff and engage consultants; do anything else necessary or convenient to be done in performing its function.
(sec.66-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , an invasive animal board has the powers given to it under this Act.
- (a) enter into contracts;
- (b) acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property;
- (c) appoint and act through agents and attorneys;
- (d) charge, and fix terms, for goods, services and information it supplies;
- (e) employ staff and engage consultants;
- (f) do anything else necessary or convenient to be done in performing its function.
