### sec.63 Legal status
An invasive animal board—
is a body corporate; and
has a seal; and
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
An invasive animal board represents the State.
Without limiting subsection (2) , an invasive animal board has all the privileges and immunities of the State.
(sec.63-ssec.1) An invasive animal board— is a body corporate; and has a seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(sec.63-ssec.2) An invasive animal board represents the State.
(sec.63-ssec.3) Without limiting subsection (2) , an invasive animal board has all the privileges and immunities of the State.
- (a) is a body corporate; and
- (b) has a seal; and
- (c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
