### sec.52 Minister may ask for particular information from local government                The Minister may, by notice given to a local government, ask the local government to give the Minister a written report about any function performed or power exercised, or required to be performed or exercised, by the local government under this Act. a report on the outcomes of consultation for developing or amending a biosecurity plan The local government must comply with the request.
