### sec.515 Proceedings for particular offences This section applies in relation to an offence against the Biosecurity Regulation 2016 , section 41C, as in force immediately before the commencement, committed by a person before the commencement. Without limiting the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20, a proceeding for the offence may be continued or started, and the person may be convicted of and punished for the offence, as if the Agriculture and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2020 , section 46 had not commenced.
