### sec.460 Applications—general This section applies to an application for— an approval as an auditor under section 446 ; or renewal of an approval under section 456 . The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. The approved form of an application mentioned in subsection (1) (a) must make provision for stating details of the applicant’s direct or indirect financial or other interests, if any, in the following that could conflict with the proper performance of an auditor’s functions— the business of the other party to a compliance agreement; the business of an accredited certifier who participates in the ICA scheme. (sec.460-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for— an approval as an auditor under section 446 ; or renewal of an approval under section 456 .
