### sec.455 Auditor to comply with conditions of approval
An auditor must not contravene a condition of the auditor’s approval unless the auditor has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
The penalty under subsection (1) may be imposed whether or not the approval is suspended or cancelled because of the contravention.
