### sec.451 Decision on application
If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must issue the approval to the applicant.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the application, or to impose conditions on the approval under section 454 (1) (b) , the chief executive must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
(sec.451-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must issue the approval to the applicant.
(sec.451-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the application, or to impose conditions on the approval under section 454 (1) (b) , the chief executive must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
