### sec.448 Criteria for granting application The chief executive may grant the application only if satisfied the applicant— has the necessary expertise or experience to perform the functions of an auditor; and is a suitable person to be an auditor. - (a) has the necessary expertise or experience to perform the functions of an auditor; and - (b) is a suitable person to be an auditor.
