### sec.443 Application of subdivision limited to authorised officers appointed by chief executive
This subdivision applies to an inspector only if the inspector was appointed by the chief executive under chapter 10 , part 1 , division 1 .
This subdivision applies to an authorised person only if the authorised person was appointed by the chief executive under chapter 10 , part 1 , division 2 .
(sec.443-ssec.1) This subdivision applies to an inspector only if the inspector was appointed by the chief executive under chapter 10 , part 1 , division 1 .
