### sec.439 Giving accredited certifier false or misleading information
A person must not, in relation to the administration of this Act, give an accredited certifier information, or a document containing information, that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
Subsection (1) applies to information or a document given in relation to the administration of this Act whether or not the information or document was given in response to a specific power under this Act.
